Default Which fuel pressure sender?

The fuel rail cap nut, according to PET, has a 12X1.5 thread. I'm planning to install a fuel pressure sender. Should I get one with a 10X1 thread and drill / tap the cap nut, or get one with a 12 X 1.5 thread and use a piece of 12 X 1.5 internally threaded hex rod as a connector between the two male threads? Or get the 10X1 sender and make a connector with 12X1.5 threads on one end and 10X1 on the other?

The 10X1 sender is, for some reason, much less expensive than the 12X1.5.

Also, will a 5 bar fuel pressure sender be adequate, or might I need a 10 bar sender?

(I'm planning to use my Fluke ohmeter as a gauge for right now, but may install a gauge in the cabin later.)

Thanks,
Mark.

The 5 bar sender should be fine.

IIRC, the max pressure for the S4 is like 3.8 bar.
