What exactly is your point, other than trying to make the magazine look bad by making a post like this on rennlist?

Your name and P.O. Box is on the magazine database. You have never received a first run shipment from the printer and I have always had to personally send you a follow up first class.

You're frustrated by the situation.

So am I.

I'm sending you a follow up copy first class to your home address that you recently provided to see if we have better luck than at your P.O. Box.

If that doesn't meet your satisfaction, I'd be happy to refund your subscription fee. However you want to work it.
