I have new CV boots and grease, and a used internal temperature sensor (but not the fan), miscellaneous used (working) relays. Free, and I'll even ship for good karma. Sorry I haven't accumulated more valuable freebies to give away.

Perhaps to retain the original intent of a "gift" , a sharing this should be only items which people offer to give ; not items wanted / items needed . Otherwise it will be inundated with the requests for all the very same items that nearly everyone always needs and few if anyone ever has . There is little to be gained if I ask for a GTS Engine , for example , yet if someone were to offer to GIVE one away ....that would be interesting !

I agree that it's important to support Rennlist.. with 2 years membership coming in at about 3/4 the cost of a tank of gas, I think it's kind of silly not to join when we get so much value out of the list.

However, rixter started the thread, and if he says "anyone" then what's wrong with that? It's for the greater good...

People want the parts for free, surf rennlist for free, sex for free.

I think it should be a perk for members. I mean 17 bucks (membership cost) only gets you 1/2 tank of gas in a 928 and that only last for a few days. People can do what they want with the parts, but keeping it in the family every now and then on parts is a great idea.

This type of thing should be a monthly thing. If it weren't for rennlist, its mods, its members people would be forced to buy crap from partswerks off ebay and 17 bucks from partswerks might only buy you bottle of used waterwetter.
