Default 1978 Project Help - quarterpanel parts and history

It's been a while - will post an update in the project thread shortly. I do have two asks for the board today:

1. Does anyone have any additional history on the car? It's VIN 9288200366. The tape under the glove box looks like 1758. I ask for help with this to understand a bit more about what's original to the car and what's been modified over the years. The auction said it was definitely originally black despite the red paint showing through the front bumper cover. As we've removed panels and peeled off the very poorly sprayed black paint, it's clear the car was originally brown copper metallic.

2. Does anyone have a 1978-era rear interior quarterpanel that might be in terrible shape except for this riveted corner support? The car came with '84 quarterpanels that are in fairly good shape with minor warpage, but they just don't fit as well into the '78 body. They're also missing things like the grab handle cut-outs. So, we've decided to work with the '78 ones. The driver's side is in great shape. The passenger's side is mostly in good shape except for this corner. It's the one that fits into the back corner of the window. Before I tried to build one from fiberglass, I thought I'd see if anyone might have one.

As always, thanks for your expertise and advice.
