GT or later clock
The cheapo digital clock in my 86.5 decided to do it's imitation of an eSketch. I would like to replace it with a later clock as found in GT's and newer.
Anyone know of any?

On rosepassion:
P29461 - 9286417010570B - Clock for Porsche 928 / 1990 / 928 s4 / Coupe / Automatic gearbox (rosepassion.com)
Only one on ebay with offer option, faded hands but thats rather easy to fix:
Porsche 928 S4 92864170104 time clock watch | eBay
928sRus:
928 641 701 05 70B - Analog Clock| 928sRus, Inc.
Autoatlana:
FOR PORSCHE: 9286417010570B, 928 641 701 057 0B - READY TO SHIP - (DASHBOARD CLOCK - BLACK ANALOGUE DISPLAY) (autoatlanta.com)
As Stated, VERY pricey. If you cannot get a good deal on ebay you're stuck, just pay hard and get a nice one. Once it sits in place you hopefully forget the cost. I am a true eighties fan but the digital clock just don't cut it. Have done this swap myself, superb upgrade for sure.

I bought a couple Volvo clocks with the intention of modding them to fit, and printing a new face or at least a logo to cover the "Volvo"
Volvo Part no: 1214918
Pretty sure it'll work. No idea if I will ever circle back around to the project.

What about something like this, with a 3D printed (or laser cut, since I think it's a flat part) surround?: https://vehiclecontrols.com/shopping...marine-clocks/

About 15 years ago, someone on Rennlist, or another Pcar site had a member post about using a rectangular analog clock from a British Ford to replace the rectangular 928 clock. I had the 'dead digital' problem at the time, and acquired the recommended British Ford clock. Before I got around to implementing the change, I sold the car. I still have the clock, and have verified it functions. If anyone is interested in doing some development work, I'll sell the clock for 1/2 what I paid plus modest shipping charge. Since I had slightly over $100 in total costs, selling price is $50. Send me a PM for pictures if interested.
