Outer Window Seals..not that hard

I have had better luck placing the the glass in the door first, but off the window lift roller so the glass can sit all the way in the bottom of the door shell. That way it's low enough that you can install the outer seal. Then the steel guide tube and slides go back in, then you reinstall the glass on the window lift roller and attach it to the slides.

Doors are among my least favorite part of any project. Sorta looking forward to trying this glycerin thing on the next set.
