Is that fancy marketing talk for PET or some totally different software? It being PDF-file, I'd say different. Anyone seen them? At least seems reasonably priced.

Update on CD's. Desided to get them from local Porsche dealer and only Originalteile - Katalog 000 043 400 05 was available, 14 euros danke. Only part I have ever purchased from them by the way. 
Price disk wasn't available or at least factory ordering system didn't recognize it's part number.
Disk is normal data CD filled with PDF-files printed from latest PET version. Both ROW and US data is included. CD has simple web pages where it's possible to select desired PDF-file. So it's not PET as we know it but PET anyway. Files are in english.
