Wink Wow! Funkyest Porsche paint job I've seen in a while

Maybe I'm loosing my mind, but I would love to see this foil paint job on a shark.

Not mine of course ,but on a track car I would be impressive.

I am guessing that wasn't inexpensive either? Wow.

I am guessing photoshop.

It looks artificial and has massive pattern-looping. Besides, who would spend more than the car is worth making it that ugly?

I agree. Photoshop! However, That would be a cool painjob for a track car. Wouldn't show the nicks and dings.

Hi Niels and Andrew,

It's not PS'd. Here is the link to the ebay.de auction:

Funky 944 - German

Cheers,
Mike

You've never seen 20" chrome spinner wheels on a Cavalier.

Hacker, point taken

Mike, while I don't really think an ebay auction is much proof of validity I'll give it the benefit of doubt and agree it's likely real.

Still fugly though...

Anybody know how to read German, Nicole? I would be curious to know about the car and what it ends up going for.

I always wondered what an all crome 928 would look like? Is it even possible? Never see all crome cars.

On http://www.cannonballruneurope.co.uk/ there is what appears to be an all-chrome Nissan Skyline. (frontpage, right-hand side)... Small picture though, so it's hard to tell.

EDIT: A quick google on "all-chrome skyline" came up with this:

Talk about the ultimate bling-mobile...

The auction states it is not a paint job but rather plastic foil applied by some artist in 200 hours of work.

They originally developed this paint scheme for the 928 in a "Wierd Science"/"Risky Business" combined sequel...where the shark would be invisible when it went into the lake....
