Default Transmission leak behind Neutral Safety switch/Control Shaft, need help please

So I have developed a leak coming from the control shaft seal behind the neutral safety switch. My car is a 1982 with a 3-speed auto transmission. I looked for that seal in the PET but was not able to find the part. My question is, what is the part number for that seal, and can it be replaced without dropping the transmission? With the exhaust removed, there seems to be enough space on the side, but was wondering what is required to replace this seal.

Here is where the leak is coming from

Here is a short video of the leak.

I found this video for the 722.3 Merc trans, wondering if the process is similar on the 3 speed? Let me know your thoughts. I appreciate it.

You should never post photos of valuables on the internet with your general location.

That's how thieves work... (NLA trans pan humor)

...nice NEW and STRAIGHT trans pan you got there...

Noted.... the pan is brand new, before I figured out where the leak really was coming from, I thought the old pan was the issue and I wasn't getting a good seal anymore, so I replaced it, not my smartest move, but lead me to the real source of the leak.

Nah, it's all good.
4spd pans are NLA now, so people will be like "Ohhh...fancy pan..."

Mine is the 3-speed, but I think that one was the last new one Sunset Porsche was able to source as well.

I wish I could help you with your leak, but I dont have that particular experience.
the original pan in my donor transmission had actual issues that I couldn’t fix without better metal working skills. The cheap, ugly used pan I bought is perfectly straight, although I went down a rabbit hole blaming it for some of the seals talked about in that guys videos. My pan and transmission have no leaks now, but any of the remaining seals I haven’t replaced are possible future candidates

Never heard of that stuff. Would I just brush it on the seal, or mix it in with the ATF?

I might give that a try I'm gonna open it up again. Take a look and see if that shaft can be removed easily from underneath. If not, that might be the route. Thanks
