I don't see it myself. More like the Jensen Interceptor.

Don’t see either, amazing amount of craftsmanship went into that rebuild if you’ve watched it. 70kg of filler and other bodged panels removed from the car during the process.

If "rear" also includes the hatch glass and rear wheel arches, then yes, I see the styling similarities in how all those relate to each other. It is certainly possible that a 1970 Lancia was one of many available design influences. If so, Porsche ran it far and deep!

I get more of a Saab Sonnett having an anaphylactic reaction, or maybe mild angioedema, vibe.

I mean the A310.
I think fun cars with the nimble weight, same engine as the De Lorean.
