I need a couple of 16v 193mm original headstuds if anyone has any floating around, budget doesn't really allow replacing all of them so if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.

Early black studs or later gold studs?
(The current replacement studs are also gold, but not the same as the gold studs Porsche installed.)

I've got good ones, which I've removed from dead blocks.
$15 ea.
(Actually the studs are the cheap part, but the labor to remove then from a block, without ruining them, takes a couple of hours.)

FWIW to remove the studs from the 928 block you need a Mapp Gas torch.
and an IR gun
Screw two nuts onto the stud then lock them together .
Then heat the area where the bolt is threaded.
your gonna need about 250F ,to 280F
then unscrew the stud, it should easily unscrew from the block,
you can also spray some PB blaster down the stud to make removal easier.
Warning NOTE , measure every stud height before you remove them from the block,
so the stud height can be installed to the correct depth.
When refitting dont tap the block threads with anything except a block stud,
with 3 flutes cut into the first few threads.
rinse the holes with acetone or brake cleaner, blow dry.
You can wire brush the threads on the studs but dont be too aggressive.
NOTE Dont use a Die on the threads of the studs.
NOTE when the studs are installed to the correct height,
put the head gasket on , and then the head ,
torque the bolts to 20 foot pounds and let the Red loctite cure.
Then take the heads off and do your final assembly.
