I am making little progress in diagnosing the cause of my ABS and PDS warnings. Ideally I would take my car to a Porsche garage and plug it into a Hammer (or equivalent) to diagnose the cause. However, I can't get the MOT until i have fixed the issue and i can't drive the car until i have an MOT.

Is there anyone in South of the UK (i am near Rye) who has a Hammer or equivalent that i can access / hire etc?

Thanks Fred, I've spoken with Ian, yesterday and today. Didn't occur to me the car doesn't have MOT.
It's not too far from me and I sometimes drive down to the coast.

Ian is just round the corner from DCS Christopher Foyle [absolutely brilliant series- got every episode on DVD] - a mere 30 minute legal drive? Got to be worth a pint or two and a fish and chip supper of anybody's money!

Then of course Ian will also know where to go as and when his LH packs up assuming it is still the stock item.
