C4 Corvette...wannabe 928?
Or, entire art exhibits celebrating the sketches tracing the development of the 928...
Yes, the 928 design has captured the imagination of car lovers all over the world and it is a true icon in motoring. When I used to sit at dinner with the chief of design at Ford or meet the former chief of design at cars-n-coffee these days they always mentioned the 928 as a milestone that changed their world. GM even bought one and disassembled it to try to figure out how Porsche built it and determined that they did not have the ability to build such a fine automobile.

Look at the overall side profile, hood shape, side pillar, rear glass, front light placement, indicator signal locations, CORVETTE on the rear plastic bumper between the tail lights, wraparound cockpit, overall look of the original wheels with the cut outs that look almost identical to 928S wheels...I could go on and on...

I find real cool that Porsche and Boss choose a 928 to put in a 2023 ad.
It's nice to see that they choose a 928 instead of a classic 911 too!
Regarding Maluma (the guy in the ad), didn't know him but looked for some info on the guy.
With millions of followers on the net, I guess he attracts more people than most of us here!
Old fart like me may not appreciate his look much but it's a nice way to show the 928 to millennial youngsters.
