He's referring to front lower control arms' bushings that have separated from the arm and are thus contributing zero to the spring rate, and (I think...) the rear upper control arm bushings that flatten out and no longer allow sufficient rear camber.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but all of the suspension pieces/ideas discussed on this thread are what was available 30+ years ago.
This is the "Dark Ages", in the world of suspension and tire evolution.
We've got 928 suspension pieces (actually a few iterations, now) which will "drive around the outside" of anything mentioned, above...some of which have significantly reduced NVH, for street use.
After all, it's 2023.....not 1993.
And I'm just saying: While one can use pieces from 1993 and make a 928 which handles like it is 1993, it's not a requirement.
