There's a part that clips onto a rear wiper arm, that keeps them from chattering on each other...right?

There are two little rubber bumpers, on the early cars they look like this:






And on the later cars (not sure when the changeover occurred), they are a hard plastic and look like so:

on my 88 they look the same as Robs first pictures. They are not clipped on though. One of mine is missing and the other is hanging on by a thread, I don't really see anyway to replace them even if you could find the part. Looks to me like they were slipped on before the arms were all assembled.
