Wire Retainer on Passenger Floorboard

Default Wire Retainer on Passenger Floorboard


Stereo wires were retained by these two plastic fasteners.

Are these original, or PO?

If original, how do they come off?

If not original, how should the wires to the amp be secured here?

The wire (antenna cable?) strung through them appears to foil unscrewing.

Yo could pull the antenna wire through or resort to spinning the top until it comes off.
