I do not need a clutch right now but when I do, what are my choices?
I belong to two other forums for the cars that we have and on the other two, Kevlar clutches are now available as replacements.
Any such for our 928s?

If your looking for a clutch for an S4, It's better to get the GTS clutch and fix the shift fork to fit the GTS clutch. The GTS clutch was made for more hp and has more clamping force

We have an awesome custom super smooth/incredibly durable/direct fit/dual disc flywheel/clutch/T/O bearing assembly, for the '87-'95 928's. Made to hold over 850 ft.lbs and over 600hp, it is a bit of "overkill" for stock applications. (Howver, it does work fine, for stock applications.)
We have been waiting for a moment of "spare time" to test the stock street version of this clutch (single disc) which is done and sitting on a shelf (for over a year....we've been a little bit busy.) This clutch will fit all the models of 928"s, with slightly changes in our flywheel.
Our "dual disc" clutch is actually more economical than a complete replacement clutch/,flywheel/T/O bearing assembly, from Porsche.
We have been developing the the "single disc" version primarily to lower the price point, even lower. (And make the '78-'86 stock/complex clutches much simpler.)

That's one of the "problems".
The GTS pressure plate is stiffer, in the earlier model S4's, and requires some additional changes to make it tolerable, for some people.
