Camp 928 - June 8-11, 2023 - Adirondack Mountains, NY
We'll do it again! For the unacquainted, this is a North Eastern-oriented gathering held within New York's Adirondack Park at our compound. Check out the (poorly maintained, server not updating recent changes, argh) website for details, www.camp928.com .
I had little choice in the past but to schedule it on Father's Day weekend, which prevented many from coming. However, a big motorcycle rally was moved up a week this year, allowing me to move Camp 928 up a week. We'll see how that works. I don't like that it puts it only a week after Sharks in the Mountains; if you can only go to one, go to "Sharks". We can think of the first two weekends of June as bookends to National 928 Week.
Some folks come on Thursday afternoon, most come Friday afternoon. I'm thinking we can all go to the Saratoga Auto Museum on Sunday morning; we might have a semi-formal car show there.
Lots of space and equipment to work on the cars. My Jaguar Mark 10 EV conversion project will be in progress, unless it goes a lot more smoothly than I expect. If your car dies here, it may become the object of next year's conversion project. So, get your car ready before June!

Yay! The date change removes an obstacle for me over the past few years, so I should be able to attend. The only caveat is that my daughter is graduating high school this year, so I will have to make sure there are no conflicts with year-end activities. But, as of now, I'm in. I could even offer my car up for a tech session if anyone is interested in a dual disk clutch inspection/adjustment and pinch bolt torque check.

Same here I have both grade 8 and 12 graduations this June, no idea when they are so not planning anything until July/August this year. I am sure it will be another great event Curt. I will be there in spirit.

HS graduation here is June 23, and I imagine everywhere in NY. It also marks the weekend where things get too busy around here for a relaxed Camp 928. That's why it's always been the weekend before, despite Father's Day.
At the campfire last year, we discussed moving the date up. Some back and forth ensued. But then someone asked, why doesn't Adam come? Father's Day! was the answer. Decision made! Not to make you feel bad, Adam, but we've missed you badly. And I've been keeping those old seven-slots for you, too.
