outstanding. This series is perhaps the best and most thorough review of the 928 that has ever been made, even though it is by now an old classic with a few warts. These shows are fantastic. I love how Paul said he will not be selling his shark.

I drove the Bear Tooth Mountain Pass in a GMC 2500 Suburban... towing a boat! Thought it was a short cut... NOT! It took practically all day to traverse it. The curves are so tight you can almost see your tail lights. On a particularly bendy curve I hollered "Hey, kids... look over there... there's a boat following us!" My wife didn't appreciate my sense of humor

Can anyone guess what is going on with his clutch? Is this a known problem with the 5-speed manual transmissions?

There was one scene where you could see that he had to really force the gear to disengage. It was almost like there was not enough pressure to release it.

The dual plate clutches are notorious for being finicky about being adjusted just right or else they drag, damage the trans, or do weird things like not disengage and let the trans go into neutral.

In truth he probably needs a trans rebuild to refresh the synchros and a clutch adjustment or replacement.
