Those rear seat sun visors!

While doing a spirited run before the snow comes, I noticed a vibration from the rear seat visors when the car reached their matching resonance. I knew that the foam inside the visors had deteriorated, but now realize that new "stuffing" is required to eliminate their buzzing. I was thinking of making a form to slide the visor into and filling them with minimally expanding foam. Has anyone out here had the same problem and corrected it another way? I don't want to simply remove them and since the skins are perfect, dont want to look to purchase more. I already have more than enough spare parts, dashes, etc.

Anyone know if the front sun visors are all the same sizes from 1978 thru 1995?
the mounting clip broke off my 1979 front sun visor and it looks like its easier to just buy a new/used set of visors

They're all the same. If you can, get a set of visors from an S4 or later as the foam was changed and no longer breaks down into the puffy crumbles that the earlier foam becomes.

I got a set of brown S4 rear visors,to use in my burgundy interior.
NOTE remove the pivot pins pay attention to how they fit so you can put them back in the same way with the pins ,
and mark how they will fit into the car you want to know where the outside edge will be.
NOTE then very carefully sliced the outer edge ( Meaning the area that faces to the left or right of the car)
Of the floppy vinyl original visor along its seam .
I then slid the innards out of the vinyl visor
I washed the vinyl then dried it.
Then let it sit in the sun to get soft.
Clean off about 1 inch of the inside edge of the vinyl with alcohol,
and the same for the new hard visor.
Carefully slide the old vinyl onto the new hard visor without tearing the vinyl.
let this sit in the sun to keep the vinyl soft and flexable.
Use a small amount of weldwood cement on the end of the visor and the vinyl.
Let it tack up then pull the vinyl to the edge of the new visor and tack in place,
once this is done then take a 1 inch wide by about 6 inches long strip of 3M clearbra and center it over the end of the visor
place this over the end of the vinyl to hold it in place insert the pins in the proper orientation and install the visors.
