RKD in OKC said, "Got my pile of stuff run over by Dave and Susan from 928 Specialists, both the tow truck and the trailer smashed my stuff good. They replaced everything that got broken."

Dave didn't have any choice in replacing the stuff - apart from the fact that he is a really, really honest and good guy, if his wife Jeannie had found that he was running around with Susan, he would have been in a lot of trouble with her (and possibly Susan's husband Marc)...

TOO FUNNY, Susan is for sure a sweetheart, but I prefer my wife Jeannie best!!

HOW DID IT TURN OUT!!! Did Paul keep the car, sell the car, get his dream car, WHAT!!!

And just how many more Porsches has he owned from 2002 to 2009, 15, 20, 25?

I attended the Hallet 928OC event, was Paul there?

I was the guy in the white 944 Turbo at the Hallet 928OC event that spent most of the day bleeding my brakes on that mobile lift borrowing tools and brake fluid (Thanks guys, I didn't make any more sessions, but I did make it back home).

It was a great time. My brakes went thump at the end of the straight going into the stop sign towards the end of the very first session. Dirt track style drifted through corner to keep from going off into the trees. Had Kim Krumb that was instructing in the 928 behind me at the stop sign hunt me down to tell me he saw what I did and that I only had so many of those in me. Got my pile of stuff run over by Dave and Susan from 928 Specialists, both the tow truck and the trailer smashed my stuff good. They replaced everything that got broken. Saw the cool red 928 Spyder conversion, drool. Did the very hot and sweaty on-site brake bleed. Met Mark Anderson. Had a hot female 928 owner give me a temporary 928 tatoo, drool again. Dynoed my 944 Turbo, 290 rwhp, and pretty much wished the whole day I had brought the 90 928 GT I had purchased only a week earlier instead of the 944 Turbo.
Did I miss the brake fluid leak during the tech inspection? If so, don't tell Kim.

Brother, I own a 1978. The car has personality, and very tempermental. I must crank it up, and drive it everyday, even if it is to nowhere.... If I only talked to my wife once a week, she would respond, and be the same way... ROFL

It wasn't a brake fluid leak, I proved you can boil Super Blue in a 20 minute session.

Glad I didn't miss it. Actually I spent most of my time checking torque on the lugnuts. It's amazing how many were under torqued. Were yours alright?

I think you did make a comment on how I should change the original alloy lug nuts for steel ones.
