Default Parking brake return springs

How do you get the 'long' parking brake return spring on. The one on the cam side (as opposed to the adjuster). The hooks on the end are kind of backwards and can't be pulled into position with it all in place. If I hook it together with the shoes off I cannot spring them over the cam assembly.

I've done loads of handbrakes on other cars and something just seems wrong here.

What am I missing?

Obviously - after I moaned about it, I figured it out.

For those who have the same problem. Hook the weird spring through the loose shoes and then wiggle the assembly over the parking brake cam. You need three hands but it can be done. Once you've done that, clip them in the two retaining springs.

If you are using the 997 emergency brake shoes (928 shoes superceeded to these) you need all new springs except for the one at the adjuster and a new adjuster.
(The holes where the springs pass through are different and the shoes where the adjuster fits onto is thicker.)
These pieces are very economical to purchase.
