Default Unknown water bridge bracket

I'm doing a refresh on my 91GT and took detailed pictures of everything before disassembly, but apparently not detailed enough. There is one bracket that is held on by the back driver side bolt for the water bridge that I can't figure out what it actually holds in place.

I don't see that bracket being there on other members pictures when doing the intake refresh. I don't recall removing anything from being held on by that bracket, and if I did I should of had a picture of it, but that was many nuts and bolts ago.

My best guess is the bracket is for holding the wire for the knock sensor in place, but I'm also questioning if that bracket should be there at all

It is correct, installed exactly where you pictured it.
It does hold the knock sensor with a "black" plastic clamp.
Note the washer under the bracket. If you leave this out, the bracket will be terribly bent by the "ridge" machined into the water bridge.

Thank you, but I had clamps laying around and spare hardware. Had to get the car back together by Monday
