For 2022, the annual "Sharks in the Park" event will return for Porsche 928 owners and enthusiasts, hosted by NorCal 928 group.
Anyone can attend, but this is primarily intended to be a 928 gathering. there is no cost to attend and no advance registration.
The date is June 19 and the location is the Padre Picnic area in Tilden Park in Berkeley, CA.
The space is good for 120 people and 35 cars. Beer and wine are OK to bring.
As usual there will be food cooking stations and picnic tables.
Donations will be collected to cover food and picnic area reservation fees.
This picnic area is private, off the main road and with a large grass area for kids and adults alike to play (bring your frisbee!).
Also, we are looking for donations of items to include in our raffle, and for some volunteers to bring certain items, help setup, and to cook.

My old college room mate (a Texan who has lived in Stockton for about 15 years) is going to attend. He's interested in buying a 928....and I've told him to connect with your group before he does anything else.

There will be a BBQ, we will have some things to BBQ, bit feel free to bring some items you might wanna char up on the BBQ as well.
It's been a tough year to plan this, and we're just not sure what the attendance will be.
A nice grassy field for the kids..lots of room!
