Looks like a $2700 job to replace the fender and do the proper repair. Crease near the front fascia is apparently the reason just doing a no-bondo type repair won't be perfecto. I may have this done with the filler compound since it will be so minor if the insurance co. doesn't balk. I could spend some of the extra cash for some other repairs to the car that I've been holding off. I think either way the car will wind up looking better than before as it is all original. Still looks really good (except for that big dent).
