Replaced belt and tensioner with a Porken
The timing belt is migrating towards the front, the rear thrust washer was not flat and replaced with the front TW and the new one was placed in the front. A note When I removed the old belt it was also in the same front position. I always paint F on all the parts when removing the balancer assembly and took pictures to verify. Apparently the washers were installed many years ago incorrectly and going by my paint marks I replaced in the same direction. The old thrust washer has a thinner thickness and not the same cupping as my replacement one. I’m ready to put it back together with the correct position but am concerned about the new TW thickness I plan to put it in the front. Both washers WERE backwards I want to make sure I’m not missing something. Could the Porken tensioner could cause this problem or just the thrust washers caused this issue seems like that’s a lot of belt travel for a very small thickness on the washers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, last big puzzle piece rather not due this over.

The washer shown in your fist picture is on backwards. The proper orientation for those washers is with the concave sides facing away from each other ] [. The rounded edge should be helping to guide the belt onto the crank gear. As far as the reason for your belt not tracking properly there could be a number of causes including improper assembly of the PK tensioner system, worn cam/crank gears, failing water pump bearings, cam gears not properly installed, possible (but unlikely) bent driver side camshaft "snout." More images will help with diagnosis.

^^^^^100% correct^^^^^
Both of your old washers were installed correctly.
If you install them with the dish towards the gear, like in your first picture, they will immediately start cutting the edge off of the new belt.

It’s corrected, locked down the cam belts removed the tensioner and lower cover removed belt from gear slid it out turned the thrust washer around. Apparently I missed that by replacing the rear one with the front it was now in the wrong direction, I was referencing the paint mark. Car is very low milage and everything that needed replaced has been replaced I heard a noise and decided to open it back up found the problem easily correctable. Getting closer to a test drive.
