Sure seems like a detailed set of instructions for a Porkensioner would include this detail, instead of a guy being hung in limbo for days on end....
To be honest, I fully understand all the comments. Perhaps I should have asked Roger or you outside of this forum, but I was totally under the impression that it was me doing something wrong so I asked the community. I am very thankful to Roger as a supplier and to you as a manufacturer for all the hard work in making this kind of modification possible and doing the aftersales.

This area of wrenching is new territory for me so I take it step by step and check with the community if I do something wrong, which seems innevitable when doing this first time. I always like to learn from the people who are more experienced and/or knowledgeable than me. In the end, I will be able to help out others. That what this community is all about, so the real experts don't have to answer all the questions.

Please have a pint of beer or a good glass of wine, or better still, a fine glass of properly distilled and aged spirit, and let's move on. I will have some more questions and will ask them here. Perhaps others can benefit of it too, as it seems to be the case with this issue of early build engines.

Thank you gentlemen,

We supply information with all our products and also include them on our web site for customers to download. Tons of additional info there as well.
We are available at all hours and any day for additional information, if and when needed. Ken is also available to chime in when needed with respect to his products. Our customer support is second to none.
My point was, we were not asked for help directly in this case, so were unaware there was an issue. I guess you missed the large smiley.
The 928 World is not all about you GB. Take your ego and chill a little. You will certainly live a little longer if you do. And I hope you do.
We do very nicely thanks, no longer selling your products.

Seems like if this was true, the OP wouldn't have had a mystery to solve, since the issue would have been covered in the instructions.

See the obvious point?
