Got this far, I can not get the cable to the TB off, I do not see any clip does it just pop off? Have really tugged on it but no luck.

spray PB into the ball socket,
repeat a few times for a few hours,
wait a few hours then try the removal with a pair of side cutters.

NOTE the metal locking wire is corroded and has the have the corrosion removed,
the PB will do this just takes a few hours

A 10mm wrench is just right for prising off those cable ball joints. After waiting for penetrant to take effect just prise from under the socket end.

So I have 9 washers and ten spacers! Was the rear left one had that air box brace not have a washer? Looked in all the intakes no washer, have all eight plugged.



Just 9 washers?

No, there should be 10.
(There's nothing to crush the rubber grommet, if the washer is missing.)
