Stan, We are two steps forward and one step back. Pulled the CE panel and found the metal fuse clips (still intact) with the 400 ma in line fuses lying behind the panel. Pulled both, visual inspection and meter test indicates the fuses are OK. Put them back in place in the metal clips & buttoned up the CE panel. We’ll go back in the driver door and test again for power. Thinking we have an issue with the CLS button on the dash or the driver side actuator/ motor may be toast. I have no idea what electrical wiring runs between the two…

I’ll report back…

OK good fuses , then check the wire bundle as it passes through the sheathing at the front of the door, this is under the door card,
close the door then move the wires around see if you get operation with the door card removed
