Any interest in a tech/maintenance day in the DC/VA/MD area?

Any interest in a tech/maintenance day in the DC/VA/MD area?
Many years ago, we hosted a couple of tech/maintenance days at our place in Western Loudoun.
Would there be any interest in coming out for another one?
As a refresher, we've got a lift, tire mount/balance machines, alignment equipment, compressed air, and plenty of tools.
The facility has improved a bit since the last gathering. We now have a large paved parking area, the driveway is now mostly paved, the concrete has been coated, and we have a "normal" bathroom that doesn't require braving a dingy storage area.
My thought would be to open the doors at 8AM, have lunch brought in from a local BBQ place, and try to wrap up around 5pm (but if it runs late, no problem). Group dinner afterward is optional. Come or leave whenever. Lift time would be first come first serve with a sign up sheet taped to the lift to get in "line". I assume that those with a stronger need for the lift would be given consideration by those who happened to get on the list first.
This would be for whatever 928 work you need to do. Whether it's for projects that just need more hands, or more space, or more heckling, or whatever. Non-928's on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, everyone would need to sign a waiver. Hopefully it wouldn't ever come into play, but just in case.
The garage can be heated, so if it turns cold, we can close the doors and warm it up. The heaters are kind of loud, though, so I hope that we won't need to do that.
There is enough room inside for a lot of cars, and room outside for more.
How about October 23rd or 30th? Or, we can schedule it for next Spring. Mid-winter is ok for me, but I suspect that most people would rather come when the weather is warm.
Below are a couple of photos from the last two times.

Thank you for the votes. It looks like low interest and an even split between October and next Spring. We'll give it another week and see if there is any more interest in doing it in October, but Spring might end up working best.
We're always happy to have someone over to work on their car without it being an event. Just send me a PM.
Whenever the event ends up being held, I'll send out the address privately via PM or email.

The votes are in favor of Spring, so I'll plan for an event on May 1st:

For anyone who needs some garage/lift time now and not later, send me a PM with your email address and we'll coordinate. I'm happy to have you over.
