Default Brake Pedal

Hi
Over the last week I have installed my recon 9” booster out of my 79 along with a recon master.
Now I have everything connected up and bleed the brakes I have the following issue that I hope one of you can help with.

When I start the car the brake pedal depresses on its own and the brakes engage until I stop the engine and the vacuum reduces.

The booster was rebuilt by White Post and the master was rebuilt locally here in NZ
Before I dismantle and start again I am hoping there might be a reason or suggested test to try first

Thanks in advance

These were hard to find for a while. Are they available again?

NOTE the 10 inch booster is a superseded upgraded part from Porsche,
as the 9 in. booster didnt offer enough braking force.
AFAIK 928 INTL is rebuilding the 9 inch boosters.
