Part number for vacuum part

Does anyone have the partnumber for this part: (in PET it seems that its part of a complete hose)

Roger sells them both ,
3 way, and 4 way rubber junctions.about 4.00 each
NOTE it looks like the blue check valve may be ready to be replaced
NOTE also a wise idea to get a bag of new rubber elbows 10 should do the trick
