The directional signals themselves work fine but the blinking green light on the instrument cluster and the associated clicking sound have stopped working. This is not a major issue but for safety reasons, I like those alerts to remind me that my turns signals are still on. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've done the fuses and relays within the past year but I haven't touched the CE panel except for one circuit that we knew was problematic. The issue with the turn signal alerts only began after a shop did a repair on some "iffy" wiring on the instrument cluster connector (see image). I could take it back to that shop for diagnosis and repair but I've lost confidence in them. While the CE connections could all benefit from removing any corrosion and treating with Deoxit, it just seems more likely than an electrical connection was disrupted during the previous work
