Anyone who's got these, do you still use your liftbars or does the spread hit both jacking points already?

I have been on the fence on these, but $1500.00 seems reasonable,,

This package is nice and technically only $1,485 after $150 off with free wall hangers (normally $1,635 + $50)
Costco has the quickjack 7000 SLX package (wall hangers $50, truck adapters $243) for $1700 if you have a Costco membership and maybe a truck/big SUV.

A 7000lb shortie refurb was 1050 with tax and free delivery.

Even better deal.

And still is, I didn't get the last one.

I have the 5000, no need for the lift bars anymore.

Wow the price has sure gone up. I got my 5000SLX at Costco a couple of years ago for $999. I tend to use the lift bars more though, because they are much faster to use to get the car in the air. I've also had problems with the crappy quick connects that come with it and fluid leaks. I tend to use it more with the 997, since it is not as stable on the liftbars (although the liftbars are designed to work on it too)

The supplied quick connects were poor quality on mine. I swapped them all for decent ones from specialist hydraulics supplier. Cheap and effective improvement.
