I use my 928 as a daily driver for over 2 years now. I love it.
The only downside is the heavy clutch in traffic-jams and the high gas consumption.
But hey, you guys have nothing to complain. The normal gas her in the Netherlands is 1,22 euro per liter. That is 5,62 dollar per gallon!

Yeah gas would have to be the #1 issue... especially lately

I drive mine whenever I can. Too much fun to let is stay in the garage. Now it's about 20 miles to work each way, so 40 miles per day at 15-16 mpg, about 50% interstate. This morning it did creap up to 95mph before I realized what I was doing. Then backed it down to 70 or so.
It's outside my office right now, as I have a stack of tax returns to review tonight. Then a leisurely drive home, sunroof open, windows down.
