On water wetter.

It seems to be mainly an additive package. The most important thing it could do, IMHO, is provide the anti-corrosion additives that anti-freese would provide otherwise.

The suficant may help, possibly if you already have a problem with bubbles. However, it's my understanding that the cooling system should already remove the air from the engine cooling system, and then the only bubbles would be water vapor. If the cooling system is fuctioning properly, it should never have enough heat at any one point to cause a bubble to form. However, I wouldn't bet on most cars haveing much of an issue with this. Can't confirm, or denie, but antodotal evedence suggests the same.
