Default '89 AT gearbox, broken spring?

Dear all

While doing the ATF service in my '89 Auto, I noticed a spring loose (or broken) in the passager side

.

Does anybody know if exist repacement for this spring?. I guess that this spring is attached to the piston placed near. What do you think about?

Thanks so much

Kickdown lever return spring. Super common to have break. I keep several of them in inventory (I put a new one into every rebuilt transmission) and can ship you one today.

Just verified that I have them in stock. The part number is 722 993 00 10. The "722" prefix indicates that it is a Porsche only part....not available from Mercedes.

Any Porsche dealer should be able to order you one, if you want to get one locally.

Retail price is $17.95.

That's why I gave you the part number...knowing that the shipping cost, from here, would be more than the part.
