Is there anything like an interior air filter on an 87 S4? The reason I ask is I had to leave my car out overnight and it got a whole bunch of pollen on it.

I fired up my AC at full blast (ain't Florida great!) and proceeded to have pollen blowing out of my vents for the rest of the day.

Any insight is appreciated!

nope no filter until the later cars with a HEPA filter 1994 GTS was the first year .

Could this be retrofitted to earlier models?

I've grown rather attached to the one in my SSEi.

No retro fit ..... too many changes to be practical

That's too bad....This pollen sucks! I may have to roll my own filter if I can get some time this weekend. Being pelted with pollen chunks is flipping annoying
