Broke the front spoiler yesterday, after sitting through the winter forgot I wasn't in the SUV.
Were is the best place to buy one , and how has the shipping been ?
Any advise would be helpful

No fun at all. And the new ones didn't fit my car. Actually didn't fit at all with the original brake vent on one side. I finally got out the sawzall and "fixed" it.

Beth : I looked at your smoosh, I am glad it was only a curb.
on your other item ( looking for a new one.) I found the 83 to be what I wanted but next time would go for the 86.5, and manual is the best way to go. you can enjoy driving the car.

I bought one from Devek last year and it fit my Euro like a glove (it was a tight glove, but it fit). Definately want to use some heat to warm the new spoilers up. Even a hair dryer would help.

The S front spoiler is the S front spoiler USA / Euro are all identical . The shape of some cars is sometimes a bit different depending on how "experienced" it is . But there is only one S front spoiler .

My observation was that the original metal brake duct and the replacement plastic ducts had different "ears" on them.
My car has had a tough life, but it was the ducts and surrounding plastic fascia that wouldn't fit.

spoiler woes
The advice to keep a sawzall handy is the best yet. Plus a little...no, a lot of muscle. Pound, push, swear, and then pound some more. Knowing how difficult it is to get that #@*%!! thing to fit keeps me from entering driveways fast or parking too closely to wheel stops. Susan advised me to let it sit in the sun for awhile. I tried that, but it was the muscle approach that worked for me, plus some "custom modifications" to suit my particular car. Allocate what you think is enough time, and then add another couple of hours. The worst part is the part that comes up on each side of the leading edge at the front wheel openings. It doesn't want to bend and must be slid into place on both sides first; start there, and think before you start manhandling the #$@!!**#!! thing. I don't drink, so I swear more to compensate, and that makes me more angry....just as I peak in anger, the thing will slide into place. Be careful not to scratch the paint. I worried, but my car is a driver. I would not want to put one on a concour car at all. No way could you pay me enough to do that. And once its on, and you scrape it on a driveway, you will cringe more, then get out expecting to see a break. I set mine up loosely so it will give if it becomes caught. Once it is on though, you will feel so relieved that the sun is still shining and more day is left.
