There is almost 6 feet of clearance as pictured.

The top car sits on two 12' wide ramps so I can service the car underneath.

My garage is 11.5 feet tall.

The lift comes with 3- drip trays that slide back and forth

Also it comes with a jack tray so I can do brake work, change tires etc.

The lift can be set at any level, Yesterday I had to install a new licence bracket on the 928, so I had the car about 3 feet up so that the bumper was at perfect height.

The lift is powered by a one HP electric motor that plugs in a regular outlet.

I spent just under $2800.00 with shipping.

The lift is rated at 7,000 pounds.

Oh Forgot to mention. Look close at the picture at the garage door rails. I had to have the door rails raised as high as possible to clear the top of the car at its highest level. Compare it to the middle garage door (I have 3) I could have left it the way it was, but I would have to have the lift in the front of the garage. But then the Harley would go behind the cars and I would have to move it every time I drove one of the cars. It cost $550.00 but I think I will make that up in convenience alone. So if you bought this for yourself, you could avoid doing that if you don't need storage behind the lift.

Great setup.

Do they make something smaller for just a motorcycle?

2 cars is enough for me, but I don't have room to add a Harley - a mini lift would solve that problem for me.

So he's been restoring it since the day he bought it off the lot?

I guessed the garage height at 11.6. I was close!!

Very nice setup btw. All you need is some **** star and your set for life!

1662,

Do you use approach ramps, or do you just hop up on it?

I want one too. If only I had a garage big enough for it.

Are those Kenesis K-18 wheels on the Boxster? I want some for my 928. They are great wheels.

You have to use approach ramps, The lock levers are in the way and would bend if you just hopped up on the lift. Its only 4" off the ground so you could if they didn't have them in the way.

They are factory Porsche 18" wheels that I ordered with the car. $4400 extra !!!
