Well I guess the time has come to replace those Boge's that have served this car for all 17 years of its life. I'd like to choose Bilsteins for it but I have a couple questions too.
I'd like to have a slightly stiffer setup, but yet have the car streetable still. How would springs and Bilsteins compare? I saw some at 928 International but there isn't a rate listed on the springs. What are the factory specs of the springs on the car and what would be a reccommended spring rate to run with Bilsteins or even regular Boge shocks?

I just replaced the shocks and springs in my MY85 with the Bilstein/Eibach package. WOW is all I can say. The ride is stiffer but not objectionable. The handling difference is dramatic, well worth the upgrade.
