Default S4 Water Bridge/Manifold

I am getting ready to replace a leaking water pump and thought I should also change the seals on the water manifold as they appear to be seeping. I need to know if I can take the water manifold off without removing the oil filler. I am trying to avoid removing the intake but will if I have to.

Results vary. Some report that the water bridge comes out with intake in place. Others can't make it work. Maybe casting differences?

I think it has more to do with patience. I never even attempt this...since I'm almost always installing an oil baffle, anyway.

with the oil baffle installed its easier to remove the WB while the oil fill tube stays in place.
the oil fill tube can be removed if the WB is out of the way
the hard bolt is the driver side rear on the WB as the intake is close to this
