Two great examples and beautiful shots.
Your 993 is gorgeous with some of the turbo S mods like the front air inlets and PCCBs if those yellow calipers are denoting that (pretty rare on a 993 unless it's a turbo S). Love the RUF wheels and the side skirts too.
Need some more details on that car. The GTS is looking great too.
We have similar taste as I have a black 928 and silver 911 too, but a water pumper version.

Great choices in your stable, the best and last efforts of the pre "robot and plastic clip construction" era!

Thank you!!
Guys thanks for all the comments! I love the other group photos. Most of us love the P-Cars in general and have others I'm sure.
I've had an 87' 930 and a 07' GT3 but the 993 TT by far is the best. I just finished a motor out re-seal all the way down to the case (not splitting) but including case through bolts and then rebuilt the heads and upgraded turbo inners with billet bits and pieces. Here is a few shots from the rebuilt.
Petza914, these aren't PCCB's but rather yellow powder coated calipers. The reason I did this was the car came from the factory with (caliper paint to sample) the calipers painted body color so they were silver and not red. Since the car was silver and not a rare color I chose to change the color as it never specified what color they were. I love the yellow so I went that route and rebuilt them at the same time. That was almost 7 years ago now (but only 4,500 miles) and they still look great.
Appreciate all the comments. Roger at 928sRus and Greg at Precision were a huge help. Rog supplied the parts and Greg supplied my rebuilt torque tube, transmission (PO had a cheap rebuild that didn't last) PSD, etc.. all good now. In addition this community has been a huge help during the process making sure what I did was done correctly and when I needed help I always had an answer in minutes it seemed like.
Thanks for the years of support!!

When I see a photo like this, it just cements my love affair with the 928 even more if that is even possible.
It still confuses me why so many enthusiasts can't see the beauty in it's timeless design. It's elegant and yet looks like it's ready to pounce on it's prey at the same time.

Great photos! What I see most is the effort required - the rolling shots of the two cars required four people, in coordinated action. The motion blur in the highway shots once required skill and luck, but the optical stabilization of modern cameras/lenses makes it a lot easier - though there are manual settings to set properly. I imagine finding empty highways in California is usually very difficult - good you took the opportunity.
I like the tension of owning both a 928 and a 911. We could explore in a dedicated thread the best possible combination, though perhaps you've hit on it from one perspective.

It has been my experience when driving the 993 with 928's, the many people who have commented on the cars over the years always liked the 993 better because of its curves, and pointed to the lack of curves on the rear-quarters of the 928 why they didn't care for it.
It is my contention that if the 928 rear-quarters were shaped/molded like its front fenders, the 928 would still be in production today.
As always, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and why I own 2 928's.

Beautiful cars, all of them. But the 928 is a timeless design and still looks current and up to date.
