Video clip start up cold
Ok I know it’s been a few months but I’m posting my update on what’s going on.
i have all the fuel pressures within spec with the lamba box still in the car. The fuel pressures are within spec and my dwell angle is within spec with the timing at 31 degrees at 3000 rpm. Which is in line with what I read. the Car runs good trans shifts the way it should but only thing I’m trying to sort out is that when I start the car cold it starts up every time without fail but hints for a idle until it’s warm.once it’s warm it starts fine. I was have a issue at first after I let it sit it was giving me a hard start after letting it sit for more the 15 minutes. I was able to fix it that by adjusting the lamba box. Now it starts up every time when warm but it hunts for a idle when cold and I get alittle gray smoke when I give it gas when it’s cold.
the smoke goes away once it’s warm.
i put about 80 miles on the car and it seems to run the way it should.
so far I have checked the return line for and debris and checked the aav to make sure it opens and closes. Not sure if the temp2 switch or any other sensors might be the cause.
