Anyone know the vent hose routing on the drivers side (LHD) from the heater box to the dash outlet? I am reassembling my dash and need to reinstall the vent hose. I didn't take it apart so I don't have any photos. Its obvious that it connects to the oval fitting on the left side of the heater box and passes into the right side of the steering column but then where? There doesn't seem to be a big enough hole on the left side of the steering framework for the hose to exit without crushing the hose. the hose that came out shows no sign of being crushed to fit into any available opening on the left side.

Started through from right side. Where does it come out?

I'm stumped. A photo would greatly assist. Thanks.

I think the drivers side should be the smaller paper one if its the reverse of a RHD. It then feeds the door vent

Bingo! The driver's side one is a paper one and that one is the passenger's side one that routes above the glove box.
