Hello everyone,
so yesterday in a test drive while there was no noise in the early stage of test... We did cover quite a distance( around 25 Kms)before noise from transmission started & felt as if transmission was slipping.. stopped in traffic & while shifted in drive, there was a jolt.....we didn't drive it furthermore & bring it back on lift...
today we started checking fluid level, it was ok . No leaks.....
I did the modulator pressure test after disconnecting vacuum line... There was noise coming out from automatic transmission torque converter as soon as I unplug the vacuum line..
Checked pressure found around 4.2 bar, than put the car in gear revved it around 60-90 kmph & found that pressure is approx same as 4.2 bar.. so I adjusted the modulator a bit & now the pressure is 4.4 bar.... But again no improvement in noise....
Removed sump, there were no metallic particle but a bit of dust & some filter elements.
filter is also clogged...
very soon I will try to install new filter & hopefully everything goes well ...... don't want to put new torque converter...

Any valuable suggestions guys... Any further test I should do ....?
