Broke Tensioner Bolt hole - 928 amateur hour

Introduction - have been looking at rennlist and 928's for several years and finally purchased an MY 87 S4 last year which (I think) is in pretty condition but certainly needs some additional maintenance
Obvious improvements includes some interior work including seats and dash which aren't in horrible condition but will be fixed anyway - getting rid of a terrible looking 'boy racer' muffler and the major maintenance item being the cambelt replacement
Purchased cambelt replacement parts kit from (928sRus) - great service and followed instructions provided (I thought).
During the cambelt replacement process - I gave the tensioner a 'little' nudge with a rubber hammer and it came nicely along with the unseen bolt i hadn't undone on the tensioner and associated webbing from the block bolt hole (ouch!).
Now i'm a bit stuck - have tried cold welding the webbing back to the block to form the bolt hole again - but it broke again as soon as i tensioned the holding bolt in place.
Are these my options from here?
* Use a longer M8 bolt and a big washer at the back of the block after i cold weld the broken piece back on? - i think this would still break the cold weld
* Use a longer M6 bolt with a nut at the back of the webbing - would i get enough tension in this?
* weld the aluminum webbing back on the block (no facilities to do this)
Any other ideas??

Yes - its the outside bolt hole
Not sure i can get a camera in there to take a picture - but effectively the outside tensioner bolt hole has split in half and is no longer attached on the outside
Reading the link provided - it sounds like the idea of using a longer bolt and a big washer on the back of the outside block webbing will allow me to get enough tension on the bolt
I'll try that tonight and will update
Thanks for the help

ok - have fixed the broken bolt hole issue by using a 30mm longer M8 bolt with a large washer and a nut on the back of the bolt hole
This allowed to put enough tension on the bolt to mount the tensioner to spec.
Please note that on the back of the broken outside bolt hole there is a strengthening webbing on the block - so needed to cut a good sized slot in the washer to accommodate this
Sorry forgot to take a picture before i mounted it
Crisis over - Thanks for your help
