Probably the coolest 928's I've ever seen!

No, not a Phat. Phat is from Erebuni in NYC.
There is another similiar Koenig (black one)owned by another Rennlister.
When it comes to body mods, as the saying goes "to each his own" or something like that. No one car can please everyone. This one has HID fogs located in the headlamps which were then angled(manually) to pass the safety test. This way, the uniqueness of the headlights stays, with 2004 light output/quality as any modern day vehicle.

Koenig was around 10 years before Jacquemond started. Koenig was into mods of the Ferraris, Porsches and Jags. Then they dropped everything for Ferraris and BMWs only.

I know that. I was referring to the clear indicators.
Jacquemond was selling them for a while, then stopped.
I'm sure some other kitmakers also made clear lights for their cars...
Although I think the clear indicator trend is new, and those older
Koenings probably did not come with clear indicators when they
were first created. The owners may have added a set from Jacquemond!

In regards to the white turn signal lenses, there was a gentleman from Scandinavia, who recently posted here to gauge interest. Hopefully he will make them, along with some white front side marker lights. THAT would be neat!

Joakim who is planning to make clear indicators for the 928 has already done indicators and side indicators for 951 and the 944S2 of very high quality.
I do think that he'll need a few months to get the copies just right but he'll get there eventually.

"Of course, you really need to be in an 80's mindset to appreciate them"
If you're referring to the side shoulders and the opening in front of the rear wheels, then take a look at the new Carrera GT. It was as Koenig was seeing into the future.
