the 2 at the top not circled are the rear coolant gaskets for the Heater Control Valve port and the block off plate at the rear of the heads.

the 4 if the they are rubber O rings are for the 2 vent ports in each cam cover, the driver side has plugs in place of the vents on the right cover.

The 12 if they are silver sealing washers go under the the 6 lower bolts on each cover to increase the clamping force you should get more of these to do every bolt so the gasket will get more clamping
