It's got the same outer dimensions but with a more efficient impeller and volute. It puts out a max of 1400 CFM compared to 1200 for the T-Trim. Didn't increase the boost, just flows more air and produced about 60-70 more rwhp on the dyno.

Greg,

Thanks for all the advise related to the oil issues. Your input and diagnostic help was key in my decision making. I plan to talk to you more about this winter's projects.

Awesome run! The Silver State and Nevada Open Road are both on my list to attend some day. Its only a few (hundred) miles up the road! I love that road even when it is not closed for a race. Hopefully I will make it sooner than later. The Open Road in May is better for my schedule. This time if year is pretty busy. Congrats on the run. Super fast. Jeez!

It takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'! Can't push it much harder than that. Congrats George. Flawless run except for the minor bump/exhaust contact. We get it dialed in a bit better each time. It's amazing how well it runs and that it hasn't blown up considering how rudimentary my Sharktuner skills are.

Crikey George that's impressive. My car is nowhere near capable of those speeds but neither am I - I have only bailed at 100 due to TT vibration

Respect

Great work! And if you have time to post a few more pics that would be great, too!

That's fast. And the engine is just shrugging it off as if it's nothing.

George,

If I'm not mistaken, you have the fastest 928 ever recorded to date.

My question is: is the accelerator pedal fully pressed at this point or not?
My guess is not, which is even more amazing.
If not, how much faster do you think the car will go?

Congratulations to you both, amazing results (have followed this over the years)! What do you think the theoretical VMax will be, with your current set-up?

will there be video up eventually..

Not sure what the speed goals are but i would assume the rims are adding a bit of drag.?? The rest of the car looks well buttoned up.

What HP/TQ is it at now?

That's crazy speed and nerves of steal.

Here are a few more photos.

Engine bay after the race. No oil sprayed on anything.

Can't say the same for the rear of the car, though I think this mostly from the water misters I have spraying the radiator, oil cooler, and intercooler heat exchanger. I used them more this time then any other race. Of course I was over 200 mph a lot more...

Passenger side view while in the Finish pit area.

Bill's car on the trailer when he stopped to pick up my car.
